Returns are accepted on undamaged items unless they have been made to order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. I will issue a full refund for all returned items.

Returning an item
Returned items must be received within 14 days of dispatch for UK orders and within 30 days of dispatch for international orders.

Sending a return
Email me at with your order number and return details. I will then give you instructions on how to return your items. 

I aim to process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. You will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. The time taken for the payment processor to issue your refund varies, unfortunately I’m not in control of this.

Shipping fees
Unfortunately I’m not able to refund shipping fees. 

Return postage
I’m unable to cover return postage costs for the return of unwanted items. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as I’m also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when I receive your return.

Returning apparel 
Our printed apparel items; sweatshirts, vests, bags and tees are lovingly printed and shipped via Teemill. If your item is damaged or faulty please email me with your order number and return details and I will get a replacement sent out to you. You can send the faulty item back to me and Teemil will recycle it for use on another item. These items are print to order so please consider the sizing and garment type before purchasing as I'm a small business.
