At Wild Self Co, I understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. That's why I offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item the shipping date will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout. Items will be delivered in 3-5 business days after that date in the UK and 10 - 20 days for International countries.

When you place an order with me, I strive to process and ship it within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily track the progress of your package.

Shipping outside the UK

If you're located outside of the UK, I offer international shipping to select countries. Times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 10 - 20 business days.

Unfortunately I can no longer ship to European countries and Northern Ireland due to the GSPR regulations that require businesses to have an EU representative to manage shipping, which is currently prohibitively expensive for a small business such as mine.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as weather conditions or customs delays. I'll do my best to provide accurate shipping estimates, but these are subject to change.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Returns

I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase on most items, however please note; Giclee prints are very delicate and if you do wish to return one, they would need to arrive back to me in the same packaging and condition they left in. Please see the returns page for more information.
