When will my order be shipped?
I aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship to Europe or Northern Ireland?
Sadly, due to the cost of compliance with GSPR regulations, I’m currently unable to ship to European countries and Northern Ireland. I hope this will change in the future as my small business grows.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
What if there are shipping delays?
While I always strive to deliver on time, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond my control. I’ll always provide the most accurate estimates possible and keep you updated along the way.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of purchase on most items. Please note that Giclee prints are delicate, and must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sent to be eligible. Please note bespoke artworks such Wild Self Portraits are not returnable. If something is damaged in transit please email with the details and I will do my best to remedy it.
