At Wild Self Co, I know how important it is to receive your order quickly and with care. Below you'll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about shipping and returns so you can shop with confidence and ease.
When will my order be shipped?
I aim to process and ship all orders within 2–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
I do not currently ship internationally. Please check back though as this may change in the near future.
Do you ship to Europe or Northern Ireland?
Sadly, due to the cost of compliance with GSPR regulations, I’m currently unable to ship to European countries and Northern Ireland. I hope this will change in the future as my small business grows.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What if there are shipping delays?
While I always strive to deliver on time, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond my control. I’ll always provide the most accurate estimates possible and keep you updated along the way.
Do you accept returns?
I only accept returns within 14 days of purchase on items if they are damaged or faulty. Please note that Giclee prints are delicate and are packaged carefully to mitigate any damage. However if something is damaged in transit please email with the details and I will do my best to remedy it. Please note bespoke artworks such Wild Self Portraits are not returnable.
